Grunt work

There is something to be said about yard work. It can be really therapeutic. I really think Matt and I needed that this weekend. He has been working 12 hour days and extremely stressed out about it and I have been having more panic attacks recently.  So yesterday we planted a tree, a beautiful baby Japanese Maple. It was so cute how the boys wanted to help. They helped dig the hole and to water it.  Matt and I also attempted to pull out all of the shrubs in front of our house. Phew. That was tough!!  But fun. I am extremely soar today but it was well worth it. We worked hard, cut branches, pulled out roots, got really dirty… and not once did I think about ARPKD or worry about the boys. That might actually be a better solution then the $100 dollars I am spending every 2 weeks with my therapist named Lovey. Although she is pretty helpful as well!!
